All orders will be shipped via Canada Post within 2 business days, and all orders over $150 ship for free. We also offer free local delivery (within Nelson city limits) on orders over $35, and local pick up.

The Nourished By Heirloom headquarters and production is nestled in between the mountains of the central Kootenay region in Nelson, British Columbia.
