This simple tzatziki recipe is creamy, bright, and loaded with flavour thanks to our fabulous culinary seasoning inspired by the flavours of the mediterranean. It can be made in 5 minutes or less!

Yields: 1 cup
¾ cup greek yogurt
½ tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Mediterranean culinary seasoning
½ cup grated cucumber
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and Mediterranean culinary seasoning.
Before adding the grated cucumber, squeeze out the excess liquid by placing the cucumber on a clean tea towel, dish cloth, nut milk bag or thick paper towel and squeezing until most/all the liquid is gone. Add the cucumber to the yogurt dip and stir together.
Enjoy with fresh vegetables, falafel, kebabs, spread on sandwiches, or use as a chip dip!
