Seed Cycling Yoni Energy Bites

Seed Cycling Yoni Energy Bites

Seed cycling is a natural remedy for hormone balancing. It aids in hormone balancing by regulating estrogen levels in the first half of your menstrual cycle, and regulating progesterone levels in the second half.

The concept is to consume nourishing seeds that are specific for your hormonal cycle. This is why the seeds used to support the follicular phase are different than the seeds used to support your luteal phase.
