Golden Hour Latte aka A Hug In A Cup

 We absolutely love this Golden Hour latte, and we often refer to it as a "hug in a cup".  This tonic is inspired by the traditional beverage originating in India called golden milk or haldi doodh. Traditional golden milk is a combination of turmeric, ginger and cinnamon and has its roots in Ayurvedic medicine. This warm beverage is known for being high in antioxidants and its ability to reduce inflammation. Slow Cooker White Bean, Turkey & Pumpkin Chili

We are so excited to share this recipe with you! This chili is the most perfect meal to celebrate all of what the fall season has to offer. Have you ever added pumpkin to your chili? It's a deliciously savoury addition to regular chili and meal we've been enjoying for years.  If you look at the ingredients list, you'll notice the spices are a little different compared to other recipes. Mediterranean Hummus Pasta

This Mediterranean hummus pasta is soooooo good. Vitality Matcha Latte

This Vitality matcha latte is perfect to start your day off right.  We love drinking matcha to add a little "pep" in our step, on the days that we are feeling the need for some caffeine. One of the reasons why we LOVE matcha so much, is because it has the amino acid L-Theanine in it.
